1. Nature of Services

All readings, consultations, and spiritual services are provided for personal insight, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. You acknowledge that no part of the service is intended to be taken as fact, certainty, or instruction.

2. No Professional Advice

My services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. You agree not to rely on any information provided as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

3. Health & Sensitive Topics

I do not diagnose conditions, provide medical or mental health advice, or make definitive predictions regarding health, pregnancy, or death. You are responsible for seeking advice from a qualified health professional where needed.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use my services.

5. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that all decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from a reading are your sole responsibility. You agree that you are not relying on my services for decisions relating to health, legal, financial, or major life matters.

6. No Guarantees

No guarantees, representations, or warranties are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any reading or service.

7. Bookings & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Shows

- Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

- Cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

- Failure to attend (no-show) results in full loss of payment.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, late cancellations, or dissatisfaction with a reading.

Where required under applicable consumer law, remedies will be provided in accordance with those laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of, or reliance on, my services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Service Availability

Services are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

12. Online Sessions

You are responsible for your internet connection, device, and environment. Time lost due to client-side technical issues is not refundable or recoverable.

13. Client Conduct

I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session at my discretion if a client behaves in a disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate manner. No refund will be issued in such cases.

14. Third-Party Platforms

I am not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party platforms, including payment processors, booking systems, or social media services.

15. Privacy & Confidentiality

Personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Sessions are confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

16. International Clients

International Clients & Governing Law

Services are provided from Australia.

By booking or using these services, you agree that this agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and that any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

Where you reside in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights will apply only to the extent required by law.

17. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence will apply where required
