What to Expect during a Reading…
Each session is guided intuitively and unfolds in a way that is unique to you.
As I connect, I may become aware of moments or experiences from your past that continue to have an impact in the present — particularly those that have been difficult to process or move through. Bringing awareness to these areas can create space for greater clarity, understanding, and emotional release.
At times, loved ones who have passed may also come through during a reading, offering connection, messages, or a sense of reassurance. This is never forced, but welcomed when it naturally forms part of the session.
For some, this shift is felt physically, with sensations such as warmth or tingling. For others, it presents more subtly — as a sense of relief, clarity, or reassurance.
Emotional responses can vary, and you may find yourself feeling deeply moved. This is a natural part of the process and simply reflects a release of what has been held.
Each experience is different, but the intention remains the same, to support you in moving forward with greater ease and understanding.
